These terms govern your relationship with Smarthink LLC (Innerify) when you use our website and subscription. By paying, you accept these terms. They're written in plain language. If something isn't clear, email support@innerify.co before purchasing.

1. Who provides the service

Smarthink LLC, a US company at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Operates under the trade name Innerify. Website: innerify.co.

2. What Innerify is

Innerify is a digital self-knowledge tool based on the Human Design system. We calculate your chart from your date, time and place of birth, and explain it in plain language.

Important — Innerify is NOT a medical, therapeutic or diagnostic service. It does not replace consultation with a health professional, psychologist or counselor. If you are in an emotional risk situation, please contact a professional.

3. Pricing and renewal (read carefully)

We offer an initial trial access and, if it works for you, a monthly subscription. The structure is:

$1.95 for 7 days (or local equivalent). Single charge today.

After 7 days, if you don't cancel, your access converts automatically into a monthly subscription of $19.95 (or local equivalent), renewing every month until you cancel.

You'll receive an email reminder on day 6 (24 hours before the first monthly charge) so you can decide with time.

3.1. One-click cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel. Cancellation is immediate: no future charges will occur. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Alternatively, email support@innerify.co and we'll cancel for you within 24 business hours.

3.2. Refunds

If the service does not deliver what we promise during the initial 7 days, email us at support@innerify.co and we'll refund the $1.95 with no questions.

3.3. Taxes

Prices may be shown VAT/tax inclusive depending on your billing country. The invoice breaks down the net amount and applicable tax. We use Stripe Tax to calculate and remit taxes.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As an EU consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. However, by accessing digital content immediately and calculating your chart, you expressly accept losing the right of withdrawal regarding the service already rendered. This does NOT limit the refund right in §3.2, which is more generous.

5. Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Innerify.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity in your account.
If you detect suspicious activity, email us and we'll block the account preventively.
Prohibited: sharing your account with third parties, scraping content, attempting to access other users' data.

6. Intellectual property

All content of Innerify (texts, visual charts, interpretations, code, design) is the property of Smarthink LLC or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it while you are a subscriber.

Data YOU provide (name, date, time, place) remains yours. You can export your chart as JSON from Settings at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

Innerify is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure calculations are accurate and the service is available. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime or specific outcomes derived from reading your chart.

Our maximum liability towards you is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the incident, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, and except for consumer rights that are non-waivable under applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if we detect fraud, breach of these terms or abusive use. We will warn you in advance unless there's a security emergency. Data is retained for 6 months after termination in case you reactivate, then fully deleted (see Privacy Policy §6).

9. Changes to service and prices

We may update the service to improve it. If we change the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies, with an option to cancel at no additional cost.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA). However, if you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also enjoy the consumer rights granted to you by your country's law, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile.

Additionally, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform.
